I am an attorney who has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 1987. I received my Bachelor of Science degree from the Florida State University, Cum Laude in 1983 and My Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Florida College of Law in 1987. I have practiced law in the specialty of Worker's Compensation from 1987, representing both the injured worker and the employer carrier in the south Florida Jurisdictions of Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and St Lucie counties up through 1999 at which time I relocated to the Pensacola area and practiced in the panhandle jurisdictions of Pensacola, Panama City, Tallahassee and surrounding areas, representing the employer Carrier. Throughout my legal career I have litigated most if not all of the significant issues under the Florida Worker's Compensation law. This experience, coupled with my experience representing both sides of the litigation, the claimant and the defense, positions me to better understand both sides of the issues in effectively resolving the disputed issues and reaching global settlements.
